Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after processing and vary by destination:

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic and International Shipping
We currently ship to the addresses and regions listed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
